Privacy Policy

The short version

We built this to need as little of your data as possible. There is no account, no login and no email wall. Analytics are cookieless and anonymous, and photos you use are handled only to create your redesign.

Your photos

Browsing the galleries never uploads anything — the local preview of a photo you choose stays in your browser. When you click Redesign, that photo is sent only to generate your redesign (it passes through our rendering pipeline and the image model), is not used to train any model, and is not sold or shared for advertising. Uploaded photos and generated previews may be cached briefly to deliver your result and are then removed.

What we collect

We use a lightweight, cookieless analytics signal to count page views and basic interactions (for example, that a redesign was requested) so we can improve the site. It does not use cookies, does not build an advertising profile, and uses an anonymous session identifier that rotates daily. We do not collect names, and we do not collect your email unless you choose to submit it.

Email (only if you give it)

If you opt in to the updates list, we store your email address solely for product updates such as new styles and new features. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@freeroomredesign.com. We never sell email addresses.

If you buy credits

Buying a credit pack is the one place we keep a record tied to you: the email address you paid with, the order number, and how many renders the pack holds. We keep it for one reason — so we can give you your code back if you lose it — and it is never used for marketing unless you separately opt into the updates list. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Ask us to delete a purchase record and we will, though that also means we can no longer recover the code for you.

Third parties

The site is served as static files via our hosting provider, and the cookieless analytics endpoint is operated by us. If and when live rendering is enabled, image generation is performed by a third-party AI provider strictly to fulfill your request; we do not authorize them to train on your images.

Your choices

You can use the entire gallery and preview without giving any personal information. To request deletion of any email you submitted, or to ask a privacy question, contact support@freeroomredesign.com.

Changes

We’ll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
